Title: Creamy Three-Cheese Herb Spread

Yield: 1 1/2 cups

8ozPkg. regular or light cream cheese, softened
3/4cShredded sharp cheddar cheese
2tbFreshly grated parmesan cheese
1/4cChopped fresh parsley
2tbChopped fresh chives
1tsChopped dried basil leaves
1tsChopped dried thyme leaves
1/2tsFreshly grated lemon peel
1/4tsCoarsely cracked pepper
1 Or 2 tbsp. skim milk

In mixing bowl combine all ingredients EXCEPT milk. Beat at low speed, scraping bowl often, until well mixed (1 to 2 minutes).
